The 2025 Beaverdale Garden Walk was one for the record books. Although rain threatened much of the day on Saturday, June 7th, only a few sprinkles fell in the afternoon.

Nearly 600 tickets were sold for the six-hour garden walk, which featured seven fabulous gardens across Beaverdale. The event attracts people from throughout the metro area, and even across the state of Iowa.

Although the forecast called for a rainy day, neighbors enjoyed cloud cover and a gentle breeze to admire the hard work of Beaverdale's top gardeners.

The gardens featured a wide variety of trees, shrubs, flowers, stonework and even ironwork. It all takes a ton of work.

Vibrant colors ruled the day

Many thanks to Beaverdale Neighborhood Association Beautification Committee, whose volunteers organize the Garden Walk. Thanks to the gardeners who opened their gates and thanks to the hundreds of fans who showed up for the every-other-year event.
