The Beaverdale Neighborhood Association (BNA) is conducting a survey of Beaverdale residents to learn about your perceptions of life in Beaverdale. This survey will take about 10 minutes. The results of this survey will be used for neighborhood strategic planning.
The mission of the BNA is to promote the social welfare of the Beaverdale area by bringing about civic betterment and social improvements for the common good and general welfare of the people of the community.
Neighborhood Associations in Des Moines are not Homeowner's Associations. They do not have the authority to enforce code, or to levy taxes or fees. Neighborhood Associations are civic non-profits with a volunteer board and voluntary membership.
Your responses to this survey are confidential. You are not required to provide any identifying information. Any information you do provide will be kept confidential. Only the BNA board subcommittee analyzing the results will have access to individual responses. Summary results may be shared with board members, committee members, and the general public.
At the end, you will be invited to provide your email address if you would like additional information about the BNA, the strategic plan, or other opportunities.
