SCRUB stands for Spring Cleanup to Reduce Urban Blight. It's the City's mission to enhance the City's neighborhoods by allowing residents an opportunity to remove items from homes and yards to reduce the blighted areas within the City. Visit DSM.city/SCRUB for vehicle guidelines and a list of accepted items.
