Beautification Committee
- Coordinates annual flower plantings
- Assists in planting of memorial trees throughout the neighborhood
- Directs neighborhood clean-up efforts with the city
- Ensures that neighborhood parks are regularly cleaned and maintained
- Regularly hosts a garden tour
- Discharges other duties as directed by the Board

Public Affairs Committee
- Hosts quarterly and annual meetings
- Leads neighborhood improvement efforts
- Hosts candidate forums for political offices of interest to neighborhood residents
- Coordinates Neighborhood Watch and public safety efforts
- Researches eligibility for local, state, and national awards
- Researches eligibility for local, state, and national funding opportunities
- Discharges other duties as directed by the Board

Special Events Committee
- Plan and coordinates the special events and activities of the Association, including the Easter Egg Hunt, Jazz in July, National Night Out, the Holiday Shop Hop, and the Holiday Lights Contest
- Plan and coordinates other Association events as requested by the Board of Directors
