About Beaverdale/Des Moines

Beaverdale is the largest of the fifty-one recognized neighborhoods. Bordered by Douglas and Forest Avenues on the north and south, and from 30th to 48th Place on the east and west, the neighborhood encompasses 143 blocks, or approximately 314 square miles.

About the BNA

The Board of Directors shall consist of eleven (11) elected Directors.  Directors shall be elected for a term of two (2) years and can serve for a maximum of three (3) consecutive terms. 

The BNA Board of Directors meet on the 1st Thursday of each month at Calvin Community basement starting at 7:00pm. These meetings are always open to the public.
