RICE: Public Meeting Schedule

When the Des Moines City Council approved the rezoning of the Rice School site for development, it also directed the city manager’s office to facilitate additional opportunities for neighborhood input into the final development. A second, city-sponsored public meeting involving representatives from the BNA, other neighborhood organizations, the neighbors immediately surrounding the site, and other interested parties is scheduled for Wednesday, May 30, at 6:00 p.m. in the St. Etienne Room at the Armory Building, 602 East First Street. Please consider attending this meeting if you are interested in the development of the Rice site.
