Video of Iltis Lumber Company fire

"This film of the Iltis Lumber Company fire, which occured in 1959, was provided by longtime Beaverdale resident Sally Weiler. The company was located at 2629 Beaver Avenue, on the east side of the road, just south of Urbandale Avenue (where the Hair PhD and Duds N Suds building currently sits). Iltis Lumber was rebuilt after the fire and remained in business at that location until at least 1978."
