BNA Mission
The Beaverdale neighborhood Association is neighbors working together to promote the social welfare of the Beaverdale area by bringing about civic betterment and social improvements for the common good and general welfare of the community.

The BNA is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, nonprofit organization. Your company may have a matching funds program.

The BNA is proud to present two great events – SCRUB Day and the first annual Grass Seat Cinema (which was selected by The Sunday Des Moines Register as one of “45 Great Things Kids Can Do This Summer”). See details below.

NEIGHBORHOOD SCRUB DAY

Saturday, June 10

7 a.m. - Noon

Location: First Church of the Open Bible parking lot, 2200 Beaver Ave.

SCRUB clean-up days provide a free drop off site for non-hazardous trash and yard waste on selected Saturday mornings from early April to late October. Neighborhood associations with the assistance of the Community Services and Public Works provide dumpsters, landfill fees, and security to coordinate SCRUB events.
