Des Moines City Manager Rick Clark has scheduled a neighborhood meeting to discuss the city staff's recommendation regarding the development of the site of the former Rice School prior to final action being taken on the issue by the City Council. Some of you may have received a letter from Mr. Clark about this meeting. In case you did not, please find a copy here. We hope you can attend this meeting.
