Neighbors are invited to attend a presentation on February 27, 2007, at Christopher’s from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm. This meeting is being provided to discuss the zoning change requested for the property located at 4949 Fagen Drive in Des Moines (the old Bond’s of Beaverdale location). The current zoning is C2, and the owner is requesting a change to NPC (Neighborhood Pedestrian Commercial).
